General Terms and Conditions SIGGI VON VRIL (GTC)
Preamble

Nobody gets around the “small print”, not even artists.Therefore, please read everything at your leisure to get an understanding of how SIGGI VON VRIL presents itself online and how you may invest in their art.

In advance to the following: Prints, photographs and artworks, are always subject to environmental influences, their appearance and colourfulness can change and fade. In order for you to enjoy the works of art in the long term, you should not expose the works, laminations and frames, either in whole or in part, to direct sunlight, do not hang them directly above heaters and do not expose them to humidity levels exceeding those of normal living rooms. Photographs, art prints, laminations and frames are therefore not suitable for outdoor use, basement rooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Laminations with UV protective film or acrylic glass and wooden frames are very sensitive to scratches and stains and should therefore only be handled with gloves or comparable protection. The sealings with various resins also present a certain sensitivity and should be handled accordingly. Please always handle prints with cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints on the high-quality papers.

The purpose of these terms and conditions is to regulate the business relationship between the buyer and the artist in a binding and fair manner. Therefore, the basis of an order and a contract are always the following General Terms and Conditions of SIGGI VON VRIL, the knowledge and inclusion of which you acknowledge and confirm by placing an order with us. § 1 Scope of application

The business relationship between SIGGI VON VRIL, Berlin and the customer is exclusively subject to the following General Terms and Conditions in the version valid at the time of the order. SIGGI VON VRIL does not accept any deviating terms and conditions of the customer, unless SIGGI VON VRIL has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. The products selected by you via the “Add to shopping cart” button are summarised once again in an order overview at the end of the ordering process. Here you can check all the information provided during the ordering process and amend or correct it using the “Change” button. By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit your order data and make a binding declaration to SIGGI VON VRIL that you wish to purchase the products listed there (offer). We automatically accept your offer upon receipt of your order. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive an order and contract confirmation by e-mail in which the details of your order are listed again.

German is available to you as the contract language.

§ 3 Revocation

PLEASE NOTE:

All requests for art prints, are made directly to customer order and are therefore non-refundable! We check all prints for their highest quality before dispatch! If you find any demonstrable defects that reduce the quality of your print, please pass on your concerns to us by email. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please take photos of the defects and describe your concerns in detail. If the inspection shows that the print is of inferior quality, we will provide you with a replacement print at no extra cost.
We work with the best print service providers in Germany to provide you, the customer, with the best possible quality in print art.

Every print request from a customer, is passed on directly from the artist as an order. Therefore, all returns have a major financial impact for us. We thank you for your understanding.

We would also like to point out, for individual products (installation art; custom-made products with special requests), a right of withdrawal is excluded according to § 312 g para. 2 No. 1 BGB. There is no substitute art as compensation here.

To comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

§ 4 Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made ex studio to your address or to the delivery address specified by you.

§ 5 Prices, due date and payment, default

The prices stated in the online shop are final prices. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the order and will be added to this in each case.
